These terms apply when you use perimeter-one.co.uk ("the website"). Please read them. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover use of the website only. Buying or hiring from us is covered by our terms of sale, hire terms and training terms.

The website is run by Perimeter One Limited, trading as Perimeter One and Perimeter One Site Supplies ("we", "us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17512474. 2. Using the website

The website is free to use. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
You are responsible for your own internet connection and device security.
Our website is aimed at customers in Great Britain.

send false quote requests or pretend to be someone else;

Prices on the website may be shown excluding VAT and excluding delivery, installation or other charges. Each page will say. Your written quote will show the full price. Consumers will be shown prices including VAT.
Prices shown on the website are not an offer to sell or hire. A contract only forms when you accept our written quote and we confirm your order, under our terms of sale or hire terms.
If a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, we are not bound by it. We will tell you and give you the chance to go ahead at the correct price or cancel.
Safety information on the website is general guidance only. It does not replace your own risk assessment, the manufacturer's instructions or advice from a competent person.

6. Quote basket and forms

The quote basket lets you build a list of items and send us a quote request. Sending a quote request does not create a contract or reserve stock. We will reply with a written quote. Please give accurate details. See our privacy notice for how we use the information you send.
