Complaints
Last updated: 1 November 2026
We want to get things right. If something has gone wrong with an order, a hire, a delivery, a training course or our service, please tell us so we can put it right.
1. How to complain
- Email: sales@perimeter-one.co.uk with "Complaint" in the subject line
- Phone: [PHONE]
- Post: Perimeter One Limited, 12 Wath Wood Drive, Swinton, Mexborough, England, S64 8UW
Please tell us your name, company (if any), your order, hire or booking number, what went wrong, and what you would like us to do. Photos help for delivery, damage or product issues.
For urgent safety issues on site (for example fencing that has blown down or been damaged), call us straight away on [PHONE] rather than emailing.
2. What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within [2] business days.
- A named person will look into it. They may contact you for more information.
- We aim to give you a full reply within [10] business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- Our reply will explain what we found and what we will do.
3. If you are not happy with our reply
You can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by Laura Ibbotson, Director. They will reply within [10] business days. This is our final response.
4. If you are still not happy
- Consumers can get free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk, or Advice Direct Scotland in Scotland).
- [IF THE CLIENT SIGNS UP TO AN ADR SCHEME, ADD ITS NAME AND WEBSITE HERE.]

- You can also take legal action, for example through the small claims track of the county court.
5. Our promise
We will treat your complaint fairly and confidentially. Making a complaint will not affect how we treat you, and it does not affect your legal rights.
